How Long Does Fruit Infused Water Last?
Your fruit infused water can last up to 3 days. If you used citrus fruits such as orange and lemon, your infused water can keep longer than when you used honeydew or other succulent fruits. This is because citrus fruits are a natural food preservative.
While I’m not against storing infused water for later, it would be best to consume the drink fresh after soaking the fruits for 3 hours.
This is because fruits cut with the rind still on often produce bitter-tasting water.
You may still infuse them overnight but remove the rind first so that it won’t soak the unpleasant flavor.

I’ll be sharing a few spa water recipes I’ve collected so far, which are just basic.
All you have to do is soak the following ingredients in water and let infuse.
Note: These recipes are for a single serving. Increase the ratio accordingly to make a batch.
1. Basic Lemon Water Recipe
For an effective solution to fluid retention and bloating, use this lemon water recipe.
Simply fill your glass with cool water and add 1 whole lemon cut into slices.
Let infuse for 2 hours in the fridge before drinking.
2. Strawberry Lemonade-Like Water Recipe
Make this recipe if you want an added immunity and antioxidant boost.
Sink 2 sliced medium strawberries in a glass full of cold water.
Scrunch the basil first before adding to the mix.
Finish up with a squeeze of half a lemon before letting infuse for 2 hours.
3. Orange Blueberry Water Recipe
For alkalizing your body and fighting off free radicals, make this infused water concoction.
Sink orange wedges and a handful of blueberries into a glass of cool water.
Let soak for 2 hours before drinking.
4. Cucumber Mint Water Recipe
For spa water that hydrates and reduces bloating, prepare this recipe.
Slice a medium cucumber thinly before placing the slices in a glass of water.
Scrunch the mint leaves before adding to the mix.

Slice one medium lime and one medium lemon in half.
Use one half each to squeeze the juices out into a glass of water.
Then use the remaining half of each to slice thinly and add into the mix.

This recipe calls for apple and pear which are known for their detoxifying abilities.
Simply slice half an apple and half a pear into slivers. Do not remove the peels.
Add them into a glass of cold water and let infuse for 2 hours.

Add slices of lemon into a glass of water.
