Simply combine 2 tablespoons of cayenne powder, 10 tablespoon of white clay and 20 tablespoons of water.
The mixture should look like a paste that you’ll spread on your tummy.
Wrap around a cling plastic around your tummy to hold the mixture in. Leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
Why cayenne powder? Because its fiery quality creates heat that is essential in making your body sweat.
The only thing you should keep in mind is to not soak up too long or it will cause skin burns.

Afraid to use razors to flaunt flawless legs? Here’s natural hair removal for you.
Melt 1 cup of honey and half cup of sugar granules in a heated saucepan.
Apply the cooled mixture to your legs using a spatula. A strip of cotton cloth is needed to dab the mixture into the skin until it forms a ball-like texture.
When the mixture becomes sticky, pull it towards the direction of the hair growth quickly.

Ginger can help not only to detoxify your body but also relieve your aching muscles through a bath soak.
Grate two medium-sized gingers and mix it in a tub of warm water for a relaxing bath.

Don’t have the money to purchase a facial steamer? Why buy, when you can make one yourself?
But this recipe doesn’t involve machine-tinkering. Instead, it uses herbs and warm water to create steam for your face.
Simply add a few stalks of rose, calendula, chamomile or lemongrass into a basin of boiled water. If you can’t find any, then a few drops of aromatic oils such as eucalyptus would be fine.
Lower your head over the basin until you feel the steam. Use a towel to cover your head so the steam doesn’t escape while it’s there.

Make a natural deodorant using the following steps.
Mix 3 tablespoons each of melted coconut oil, baking soda and GMO cornstarch in a bowl. By then, you’ll have a stiff paste that you’ll apply directly to your armpits.
If preferred, you can scoop it up and transfer in an old deodorant stick to be refrigerated until hard.
